The equipment matters just as much as response time for Water Extraction — volume and suction determine how much moisture stays trapped versus how much comes out.
Our Cerrillos, NM Water Extraction crews run truck-mount units capable of pulling far more volume than portable equipment.
Our Cerrillos, NM truck-mount units pull significantly more water per hour than portable extraction gear.
Every Water Extraction job in Cerrillos, NM starts with water testing to classify it as clean, gray, or blackwater.
We use specialty injection systems designed to dry hardwood from underneath rather than defaulting to tear-out.
You get documented proof of extraction progress, not just a technician's word.
Getting water out is only useful if it's done with the right classification and the right tools — here's our Cerrillos process.
We deploy truck-mount pumps for anything beyond a small, contained spill.
We determine contamination level first, since blackwater requires PPE and disposal steps clean water doesn't.
Weighted extraction tools pull water trapped deep in carpet fiber that a surface pass would miss.
We monitor injection drying progress with moisture meters calibrated for wood species.
Subfloor moisture often hides beneath flooring that looks dry on the surface.
Every job closes with a written extraction report showing before-and-after moisture readings.
Tell our Cerrillos, NM dispatcher what happened so the right extraction equipment gets loaded.
Equipment is pre-loaded based on dispatch notes, so there's no delay on arrival.
You'll know the classification and cost before work starts.
We don't sign off until logged readings hit the target, not just until it looks dry.
