A burst supply line, an overflowing tub, or a storm surge under the back door doesn't wait for business hours, and neither do we. We dispatch Cerrillos units carrying industrial extraction pumps, air movers, and commercial dehumidifiers already loaded on the truck.
Too many Cerrillos, NM families have called a big national number only to get bounced through hold music before a random subcontractor shows up hours later, so Hirex Water Damage built its Cerrillos operation differently. Every technician on our Cerrillos roster is a Hirex Water Damage employee, not a gig-app contractor pulled from a random directory.
Our crew leads carry IICRC water restoration certifications and have logged real hours on Category 1, 2, and 3 losses, so Water Damage Repair in Cerrillos isn't a side service we tacked on — it's the reason the company exists. We carry full general liability coverage and are licensed to operate throughout Cerrillos, NM, so you're protected from the moment our truck pulls into the driveway.
Because our equipment lives in a Cerrillos, NM warehouse rather than out of state, we're not waiting on a supply run before we can start extraction.
Anyone in Cerrillos who has had a supply line fail overnight knows the real cost isn't the leak itself, it's how long the standing water sits before someone with the right equipment arrives. That's the gap Hirex Water Damage was built to close, one Cerrillos call at a time.
Not every leak announces itself with a flooded floor. A lot of the worst damage we see in Cerrillos started small and got ignored for weeks. Here's what tells us a property needs professional attention rather than a mop and a fan:
Recognizing one of these signs early is the difference between a contained repair and a gutted room, so call our Cerrillos team and get a straight answer on how urgent it is.
From a single soaked bedroom to a commercial building with three flooded floors, our Cerrillos teams are equipped to scale up or down — nothing gets a cookie-cutter response.
We arrive with submersible pumps and truck-mount extractors that get standing water out of a Cerrillos property before it soaks deeper into the subfloor. Every extraction job includes moisture mapping so we know exactly which materials are still holding water once the visible flooding is gone.
Our drying plans use moisture meters and thermal imaging to target air movers exactly where hidden moisture is trapped, with daily drying logs so you can see the numbers improving, not just take our word for it.
For families in Cerrillos, this covers flood-cut drywall removal, subfloor evaluation, and packing out salvageable belongings for cleaning, with clear photo documentation at every stage for your insurance claim.
For commercial Cerrillos accounts, we assign a project lead, run crews after normal hours to reduce downtime, and bring equipment sized to the actual footprint — we know a flooded lobby or a leaking unit above tenants below has to move fast.
Blackwater losses in Cerrillos get handled under strict Category 3 protocol: containment, PPE, antimicrobial application, and documented disposal of contaminated materials.
Every Cerrillos job includes a preventive antimicrobial application, and if we spot conditions that need full remediation we tell you plainly instead of quietly hoping it clears up.
Every Cerrillos estimate is written and explained before work begins — no vague "we'll see how it goes" pricing.
Local staging inside Cerrillos, NM means Cerrillos response times usually beat the national average by a wide margin.
Our paperwork is built to match what adjusters expect, and we'll speak with your insurer directly on your behalf.
Final moisture readings have to hit dry-standard before we consider a Cerrillos job done, and getting there again is on us, not you.
A short call with our Cerrillos dispatcher tells us whether this is a one-room job or a multi-crew response before anyone drives out.
Our nearest available Cerrillos crew is dispatched immediately with truck-mount extraction gear on board.
Extraction happens immediately, followed by a moisture survey that tells us precisely where the drying equipment needs to go.
Daily moisture checks continue until every affected material reads dry, and you get a complete report at the end.
Every Cerrillos job gets closed based on instrument readings, not a visual check, and we won't call it finished until the numbers say it's finished. If a callback shows lingering moisture within 30 days of a completed job, we return and correct it at no additional charge.
We put that guarantee directly on the Cerrillos work order, not just in an ad. A repeat visit under this guarantee doesn't mean starting over — we pull the original moisture logs and pick up exactly where the last visit left off.

Most Cerrillos residential jobs dry out in 3 to 5 days depending on how much material got wet and how long it sat before extraction.
Mold isn't inevitable, but the window to prevent it is narrow, which is why we treat speed as part of the Cerrillos service, not an upsell.
